At Fabzure, every fabric is printed, cut, and tailored exclusively for your order. Each product is made with great care and precision to ensure the highest quality for our customers. Since our fabrics are made-to-order, we maintain a transparent no-return and no-refund policy, except in cases of proven manufacturing or printing defects.

1. Fabric or Printing Defects

In the rare event that your product has a manufacturing defect, color mismatch, or printing error, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once our team verifies that the issue occurred from our end, we will provide a replacement fabric at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued — replacements will be sent for valid cases only.

2. Non-Returnable Products

• Custom-printed or personalized fabrics
• Cut lengths of fabric
• Products damaged due to improper care or washing

3. How to Raise a Concern

When contacting us, kindly include:

• Your order ID
• Photos/videos showing the defect
• Brief description of the issue

4. No Return or Refund After Delivery

Once a product has been delivered successfully, we do not accept any request for return or refund. Please review all details, fabric type, and color information carefully before confirming your purchase.

5. Replacement Process

After verification, our team will dispatch the replacement within 5–7 working days. If the same fabric or design is unavailable, we will provide an alternative or a credit note for future purchases.
